Sundowner with blues music

The local cultural association Cultiamo invited guests to a ‘sundowner’ with the Westendblues-Band in Goldachpark in Hallbergmoos. On a sunny and mild summer evening—the weather this year was a perfect match for the theme—the Munich-based group featuring singer Elisabeth Dumont, guitarist Peter Gerhartz and keyboardist Ronald Matthiä accompanied the sun on its way below the horizon with their soulful and atmospheric blues music.

In a relaxed atmosphere, the audience sat on the stone rotunda, numerous seats or on picnic blankets they had brought with them. The cultural association provided suitable cold drinks and, with their voluntary commitment, ensured a successful conclusion to this summer day. It was a laid-back way to start the weekend, during which I would take advantage of the end of high summer for another trip into the mountains.
