Rialto Bridge in Venice

During Holy Week, many pilgrims on their way to the Easter celebrations in Rome evidently made a stopover in Venice to see the lively hustle and bustle in St Mark’s Square, the smaller Piazzetta San Marco, or around the famous Rialto Bridge, and to experience the city’s unique atmosphere – clearly enjoying themselves.
