Welcome to Greece

“Welcome to Greece,” this woman greets us in her general store on Milos, an island in the Cyclades in the Greek Aegean. She also manages guest rooms for the owner, who ‘has business in Athens’ – we hear that often and it sounds important. We had a lovely time with her and couldn’t avoid a few ouzos when we left early (and hot) in the morning.
